Buildable Soldiers are back and improved!

Buildable soldiers are making a comebck, but now instead of appearing out of thin air a placeholder will be built. The soldier will spawn same as other reinforcements and walk to the placeholder and once they reach it the placeholder will disappear. This should make it a lot easier to build up defenses and position soldiers accurately.

New Features:
- Buildable soldier placeholders for easier defending
- Steppe can now be played as Allies
- Enemy AI now buys reinforcements and uses up CP just like human players.
- CP Multiplier can now be set per team. This allows you to reduce or increase spawning rate of enemies.
Improvements:
- Made trenches wider so bots don't get stuck as often
Bugfixes:
- Spawning inside vehicle didn't cost correct CP amount. Also vehicle thumbnail was missing.
- Crash when quitting game caused by speed of sound delay
