Play as Russians!

For the first time it's possible to play as Allies (Red Army) on the Mountain Villages map. The objective this time is to defend the villages from the German attack until reinforcements arrive. Let me know what you think!
There have also been lots of bugfixes and improvements:
- Improved driving AI
- Fixed bots not mounting vehicles or stationary MGs
- Added foliage scalability setting (grass can cost a lot of performance, so now you can turn it off)

- Vehicles can now transport soldiers to the battlefield (https://desertfoxdev.itch.io/ww2fps/devlog/627650/hitching-a-ride)
- Optimized sniper scope (https://desertfoxdev.itch.io/ww2fps/devlog/623839/optimized-sniper-scope)
- Fixed dead zone aiming
- Fixed stationary MG reloading
- Added blur when aiming
- Fix Panzerfaust on client
- Bots can now attack players looking out of vehicles
- Added dirt mask to scopes
