Added back S_MountainStream_Allies and S_MountainVillages_Allies with the new garrison and reinforcement features.

WW2 FPS 0.0.28
New features:
- Pause - Game is now paused when clicking "Menu" button when playing alone
- Queuing of bot move commands by holding down shift
- Squad reinforcements: Now includes vehicles
- Gun shot audio plays delayed depending on distance to simulate speed of sound
- Added audio occlusion for gun shots so they will sound quieter when standing behind a wall.
Improvements:
- Changed build menu to a buy menu where you can call in reinforcements or choose what to build
- Map selection of units was improved when they are very close to each other
- Improved map selection of units when they are near spawn point
- Map now shows lines where units are moving
- Commandable bot list is now immediately updated when going into command mode
- Deployed guns now affect bot navigation mesh so bots can walk around them
- Removed WW2 PostProcess from MountainStream map as it looks much better without it
Audio Improvements:
- Reduced priority of footstep and bullet impact sounds so sounds which are further away are not played when channel limit is reached. This prevents more important sounds from being culled when limit is reached. Channel limit is number of sounds that can be played at the same time.
- Increased sound reverb volume from 0.2 to 0.5
- Increased volume of bullet impact sounds
Optimizations:
- Map markers
- T-34 animation
- Empty ammo boxes are removed after some time
Bug fixes:
- Bots didn't shoot Panzerfaust
- Flak38 shells exploded when hitting leaves
- Made sure bots don't prone or crouch in water leading to drowning
- Revive icon was not hidden for revived bot
- Fixed an issue with spawn volumes
- Wrong camera position when getting into vehicles previously controlled by bots
