Mortars and other Improvements!

Mortars were added to the game. You can build and operate them yourself or order strikes from bot controlled mortars using the radio. The enemy now has new spotter or "forward observer" soldiers which direct mortar strikes. So be sure to take them out.

New features:
- Mortars: Granatwerfer 34. Added to Steppe, MountainVillages and vehicle tutorial.
- Auto resupply - Ammo boxes now resupply any nearby guns or soldiers up to a certain number of shells or magazines. So when a gun has run out of ammo you can just build an ammo box next to it and it will be resupplied. Auto resupply can also be turned off if you would like to manage the inventories yourself.
- Added buildable ammo boxes for tanks and AT guns
- Ammo boxes can now be loaded into trucks for transportation.
- Added FSR3 upscaling
- Audio now has reverb depending on the environment. e.g. mountains, forest, cave...
- Added death sounds for soldiers
Improvements:
- Bot sight now takes the size of the seen object into account. So tanks can be seen further away than soldiers because they are bigger.
- Vehicle sight range is now affected by optics zoom
- Guns now have an effective range. Bots will only attack when enemy is within effective range to conserve ammo.
- Tanks now stop to fire except if target is very close
- MountainVillages - Removed grass on roads
- Radios for calling in mortar and artillery strikes can now be built
- Improved building of vehicles so building is also possible on uneven terrain
- Increased range at which cannons and explosions can be heard
- Improved MountainVillages tree on low settings
- On attacking maps you now start with some friendly soldiers on your squad
- Increased view distance on low. It could happen that an enemy indicator is visible but the enemy is still hidden.
Optimizations:
- Improved movement optimization of far away bots
- Optimized bullet flybys
- Improved bot limit so passengers are also counted
Bug fixes:
- Fixed crash reported by player related to damaging something
- Fixed crash reported by player related to bullet flyby
Also added a post process to make the visuals less colorful and make the game feel more like WW2. (Can be turned off in video settings)
